1. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped through Dropp. You select your preferred Dropp pickup location during checkout.

2. Shipping Cost

Orders over 15,000 ISK: Free shipping.

Orders under 15,000 ISK: A flat shipping fee is charged at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after the order has been processed. Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as around holidays.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Dropp. You can track your shipment at dropp.is.

5. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@lavish.is or call +354 422 7474 and we will investigate.
