1. Delivery Options
You choose your delivery method and location during checkout:
- Dropp - delivery to a Dropp box, a pickup point, or to your home.
- Local delivery by Lavish - we offer delivery in person to postcodes 245, 246, 250 and 251.
- Pósturinn (Icelandic Postal Service) - delivery through the postal network.
2. Shipping Cost
- Dropp: free on all orders, regardless of order value.
- Local delivery by Lavish: free on all orders to postcodes 245, 246, 250 and 251.
- Pósturinn: charged at Pósturinn's current rates. The exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time is typically 1 to 3 business days after the order has been processed. Orders received on business days are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as around holidays.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped with Dropp or Pósturinn, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment with the relevant carrier. For local delivery by Lavish, we contact you directly to arrange the delivery.
5. Delivery Problems
If you have not received your shipment within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@lavish.is or call +354 422 7474, and we will look into it.
6. Returns
Information on returns and refunds can be found in our return policy, available in the online store. Return shipping is free.
