1. General Terms
These terms apply to your use of the Lavish ehf. online store (lavish.is) and all transactions made through it, in accordance with Act No. 30/2002 on Electronic Commerce. By using the online store, you accept these terms. The service is operated by Lavish ehf., reg. no. 430226-1180, VAT no. 160518, Fjöruklöpp 4, 250 Suðurnesjabær, Iceland.
2. Products and Prices
We make every effort to display accurate information about products and prices. All prices are shown in Icelandic krónur (ISK) and include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to correct errors in prices and product descriptions. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before the order is processed.
3. Orders and Payments
An order becomes binding once payment has been confirmed through the Teya payment gateway. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. We reserve the right to reject orders if products are sold out or if fraud is suspected.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out through Dropp, through local delivery by Lavish to postcodes 245, 246, 250 and 251, or through the Icelandic Postal Service (Pósturinn). Delivery time is typically 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping with Dropp and local delivery by Lavish is free on all orders. Delivery through Pósturinn is charged at Pósturinn's current rates, shown at checkout. Further information can be found in our shipping policy.
Lavish is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Items
You have a 30-day right of return. Underwear is delivered with a hygiene seal and cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items are covered by the Icelandic Consumer Purchases Act (No. 48/2003), with a complaint period of two years, or five years for items intended to last significantly longer.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, design, trademarks and logos, is the property of Lavish ehf. or the respective rights holders. The content is protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The online store is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Icelandic consumer law.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the website.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes take effect once they are published on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Complaints
If a dispute arises and we are unable to resolve it together, you may refer the matter to the Icelandic Consumer Disputes Committee (kærunefnd lausafjár- og þjónustukaupa). This does not affect your right to bring the matter before the courts.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjanes (Héraðsdómur Reykjaness) unless the law provides otherwise.
